vwfex12 : Defining ATLAS Splits in VWF

This example demonstrates how to define ATLAS splits in VWF. This example is based on the DeckBuild mos1ex01.in example. The structure file resulting of the process simulation is loaded in VWF as ressources, and in ATLAS by using the command "mesh inf". Split is defined on interface charge between gate oxide and Silicon.There is actually no distinction between a process or device parameter and VWF split capability can be applied for both of them.

To open and run this example, select the Help Load example button in the VWF explorer. This will import all examples into your database. Once imported, the examples will be available under the directory called examples.
