IP developed using Silvaco tools remains the property of the customer using the software. Silvaco has no intention of seeking ownership of any IP developed by our customers at any time.

Any maintained license(s) can be used at any location worldwide. For example, a license tied to a USB key purchased in the USA can be taken to Taiwan.

This highly versatile technology enables us to offer many custom licensing options including node-locked, floating, dongles, redundant servers, token-based, time-based, and so on, all administered through a user-friendly web-based interface. Licensing options can be freely mixed and used worldwide.
