TCAD Developer - Optical Lithography Simulation

Description

Develop physical models, algorithms and software for 2D/3D optical lithography simulation including aerial image, light propagation/diffraction, contact and proximity printing, and photoresist modeling.

Requirements

Must have:

PhD with at least 3 years direct software development experience in computational optics or related fields
Proficiency in C/C++
