TCAD Developer - Quantum Band Structure Simulation

Santa Clara, CA

Develop physical models, algorithms and software for quantum mechanical band structure simulation of hetero-structure semiconductor devices. Candidate must have experience with and solid understanding of k.p method.

Must have:

• Ph.D with 3 years direct development experience in k.p band structure calculation method
• Proficiency in C/C++
• Knowledge of advanced band-structure models, advanced carrier transport, optoelectronics, and computational electro-magnetics is a plus.
