IC CAD Applications Engineer

Hsinchu, Taiwan

Provide demonstrations of capabilities of IC CAD tools in front of customers. Execute customer benchmarks and visit customers. Fight for new sales and maintain existing customer installations. Communicate with developers, sales personnel, customers and application engineers in other offices.

Must have:

• Minimum MSEE
• Minimum 5 years direct relevant experience
• Extensive experience with layout, DRC/LVS and parasitic extraction tools
• Full chip design cycle experience
• Windows and Linux experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to explain complex problems and solutions in a clear manner

Other preferred experience:

• Experience with Cadence, Mentor, Synopsis or other IC CAD tools
