Software Engineer for Cell/Block Characterization

Santa Clara, CA

Design and develop algorithms and software for cell and block characterization for Silvaco’s AccuCell and AccuCore products.

Must have:

• MSEE or PhD in EE
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing algorithms and software for cell and block characterization
• Experience in STL, TCL script language, and Flex/Bison parsing technology
• Knowledge of functional extraction, vector generation, Liberty CCS Timing, Power, and Noise formats
• Proficiency in C and C++ on Unix, Linux and Windows
